We each carry with usa story, our life story. This story influences our lives and our relationships with others. We often get so caught up in the daily survival of life that we struggle to take time to slow down just enough to take a deep breath and reflect on our current emotional state. By understanding, truly understanding, our own life story, we can gain deeper insight into ourselves and inspire those around us.
Many of us have spent years in counseling or exploring mental health. We have looked for ways to cope with life or manage our stress. From children to individuals, from groups to families, we still struggle to find the courage to face our deepest fears. This website is about taking that step to face our fears.
